I just had a fantastic new customer experience at Waltham Modern Dentistry. The office space is clean, welcoming and indeed, quite modern. Marielys was a warm, friendly face when I checked in and out and Ben was incredibly helpful and transparent when he walked me through my insurance coverage ahead of making a decision about a procedure. Dr. Kim was warm and knowledgable and both her and Keylla did an incredible job with my cleaning and made me feel at ease and in good hands with the additional procedure I chose to have. I felt that they left no stone unturned and were proactive, highly knowledgeable, and expert in their care. This experience made me realize how much my previous dental procedures have paled in comparison! I can't recommend more highly.

I had pain in my tooth and reached out to be seen as soon as possible. Claire was able to book me an appointment the same day I called! I needed a crown replacement and Dr. Kim treated me the day of. Within a week I had my new crown in and was completely fine. Dr. Kim was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything. Every staff member here was wonderful and made the entire experience better. I would recommend this office to anyone in the area!
